1. General Information

 

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order using the original payment method.

 

 

2. Delivery Locations

Products offered on our website (online store) can be shipped globally, to addresses worldwide.

 

 

3. Delivery Time

​

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are approximate and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They are for reference only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Barring exceptional circumstances, we strive to fulfill your order within 7 business days of placement. Pre-order items will be shipped once we receive stock from our suppliers. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

 

Delivery dates may vary due to courier procedures, delivery locations (especially customs clearance and other procedures involved in international shipping), shipping methods, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments at MASA MARA's discretion.

4. Delivery Instructions

Customers are required to provide specific delivery instructions (such as special address requirements, contact person information, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. MASAMARA reserves the right to apply one of the following three shipping fee types to each product:

1) Shipping class fee – Products are categorized based on their type, weight, or size. Each class has its own shipping fees set by MASAMARA. The total shipping cost is calculated based on the combination of products (each belonging to a different class) and the quantity of products within the same class. Note that to offer convenience and reduce costs, if multiple products in the same shipping class are purchased in one order, the shipping fee for additional items will usually be lower than the "first item shipping cost."

 

2) Flat rate per product – A fixed shipping fee is assigned to a specific product.

 

3) Free shipping – Certain products may have a zero shipping fee, meaning no shipping cost is incurred when purchasing them. If such products are ordered with others that have flat rate or class-based fees, a combined shipping cost will be calculated for the entire order.

 

Note: Customers may purchase multiple products in one order, each with one of the three shipping fee types. In such cases, we will calculate a combined shipping fee based on the applicable fee type for each product.

 

To check the final shipping cost for your intended purchase, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout (before payment!).Additional fees may apply for remote areas, large/heavy items, or customs duties involved in international shipping, which will be borne by the customer. These fees will be indicated on the checkout page.

 

 

6. Damaged Items in Transit

 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (refer to the official website for the email address).

 

However, due to the characteristics of some product materials, MASA MARA is not liable for any damage incurred during transit once items leave our warehouse. We ensure products are properly packaged before shipment. If items arrive damaged, we will pursue liability with the responsible courier. Please send photos of the damaged package to MASA MARA to facilitate claims with the courier.

 

We will, however, provide you with a discount coupon for future purchases!
